Ladies and Gentlemen,

this New Year's Eve we will travel back together to the 1920s and 30s – for a roaring night, Warsaw style, in the very heart of Wola!

A ball just like before the war awaits us: music, dancing, champagne and wonderful company, plus a superb DJ who will make sure the dance floor stays full until the small hours.

The party starts at 8 pm.

  • Cold nibbles – home-smoked meats, country sausages, lard spread, pickles

  • Beef tartare with pickled mushrooms
  • Pork trotters in aspic with pickles
  • Herring in sour cream with onion and egg
  • Salad with pickled beetroot, goat's cheese and walnuts
  • Roasted sweet potatoes with herbed quark and herb oil

MAIN DINNER

  • Roast beef in demi-glace on roasted garlic purée with glazed carrots
Halibut fillet on chive purée with wild broccoli, crayfish bisque in the background

Roasted vegetable tartare with herb oil, wild mushroom Wellington in the background

  • Wild mushroom Wellington in Dijon sauce with a mix of seasonal greens

SECOND HOT DINNER

  • Clear red borscht
  • Hand-made potato dumplings with crispy bacon
  • Pierogi ruskie (potato and cheese) with sour cream
  • Green spinach dumplings in butter emulsion
